Generally the cleanliness is acceptable and toilet is kept dry. Thing to feedback is the platform around the bed is a little dusty with strand of hairs, perhaps it is best to clean this area too. Staff is warm and welcoming, lots of food choices around the hotel, even for supper.

Surround a lot of foods to eat. This hotel is away from the city which is very peaceful. These 2 days I can hear renovations work going on, yesterday night around 8pm plus we can hear drilling sound not sure if it is from the hotel or beside it. We will be back again to try more foods surrounding the hotel.

Booked the signature deluxe king room with sofa n bathtub. But hotel reception said only the executive king room has the bathtub. 訂房網站 is not updated. Overpaid for nothing. Toilet also has strong sewage smell.

If you are deciding to stay at Jln Permas area and looking for a decent room, Miyabi is the place. Fuss free, you can get a decent night's sleep without the expensive price. Room is of a decent size, comes with basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. Water is also hot and of decent pressure. Good for couples and families, there are rooms with 2 double beds. Reception speaks English, very friendly. There's a security guard outside the hotel, however I'm not too sure how safe it is to park your car overnight. We parked our car at the opposite R*** hotel.

風シャワーとトイレが分かれている點は良かった。部屋も清潔感があり、快適に過ごせた。タオル類はバスタオルのみのため、フェイスタオルがあるといいと思った。館內は日本の雰囲気を出しており、可愛らしかった。ホテル周辺には日本食を含め、いろいろなレストランがあり便利で食事には困らないと思います。

The overall experience was alright. The room was clean, and since I requested a quiet room, I was happy that the one assigned was indeed peaceful. However, I had also requested a higher floor after reading reviews about potential noise on the lower floors. I even called on the morning of check-in to remind them, but when I arrived, I was told there were no higher-floor rooms left. They placed me just one floor above the reception, which left me a little concerned given what I’d read. That said, the stay was generally good — the location is great, and the room itself was decent.

I stayed here once in 2023 and the experience was pretty good. I thought it was clean and not expensive. So I stayed at the same hotel again this time. However, the hotel I stayed in this time was not as good as before. It felt like the standard had dropped. The pillowcases were all dirty.
